We cannot thank Birgit enough for trusting us with Loua and for our beautiful friendship. Birgit has been breeding Chihuahua's for over ten years. Her Chihuahua's always stand out in both type and personality. And Loua is no different. She is amazing, she is such an outgoing, playful and cuddly little girl. She is always happy and just loves to be with us.
